Cancellation Policy

 

Welcome to Wellory! The terms of this cancellation and late fee policy (the “Cancellation Policy”) are a binding contract between you (“you” or “user”) and Wellory, Inc. (“Wellory,” “we” and “us”).  Your use of the Services in any way means that you agree to all of the terms below, and these terms will remain in effect while you use the Services.

 

Remember that your use of Wellory’s Services is at all times subject to the Terms of Use www.wellory.com/terms-of-use, which incorporates this Cancellation Policy.  Any terms we use in this Cancellation Policy without defining them have the definitions given to them in the Terms of Use www.wellory.com/terms-of-use

 

What are my rights to cancellation?

 

You have the right to cancel your purchase of a Paid Service.  Your use of a Paid Service, https://www.wellory.com/shop-more, is subject to this Cancellation Policy.  To cancel a reservation without incurring any late cancellation charges, you must contact us at hello@wellory.com at least twelve (12) hours before your scheduled session, excluding federal or religious holidays.   

 

To cancel a membership without incurring any additional fees, you must contact us at hello@wellory.com at least seven (7) days before your renewal date, excluding federal or religious holidays.   

 

Please note the following cancellation and late fee charges:

 

  • Late Cancellation:  Please note that late cancellations are subject to a $10 USD fee.  

  • No Show:  If you do not show up to a scheduled session and fail to cancel your reservation, you will be subject to a $20 USD no-show fee and the forfeiture of the one (1) credit used to reserve the scheduled session. Credits expire after 180 days.

  • Late Fees:  If you show up to a scheduled session more than five (5) minutes past the scheduled start time, you will be charged a $10 USD late fee.  If you show up to a scheduled session more than fifteen (15) minutes past the scheduled start time, you will be charged a $20 no-show fee

 

Additional rights to cancellation.

 

You may also cancel your purchase of a Paid Service for any of the reasons listed below.  To do so, you must give us written notice, by email or certified or registered mail to hello@wellory.com or addressed to:  Wellory Inc., 186 DeGraw Street, Brooklyn, NY, 11231, ATTN: Cancellation.

 

You may cancel your contract in any of the following circumstances:

 

  • If we stop offering Paid Services, you may cancel your purchase.

  • Death

  • Incapacitation

  • Bankruptcy

 

We are always trying to improve our Services, so our cancellation and late fees policy may change over time.  We reserve the right to change or cancel all bookings and reservations in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond our control.  If we cancel your reservation, you are entitled to a credit for another session.
