  • Wellory is the first anti-diet app that delivers 1-1 personal nutrition coaching. We’re on a mission to disrupt diet culture to make personalized nutrition accessible for all.
  • To help clients create sustainable nutrition habits, we take a meal-by-meal approach, building one new habit at a time.
  • Things we don’t do? Calorie counting, all-or-nothing meal plans, and short-term fixes that don’t last.
  • A Wellorist is a graduate from a leading program in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Integrative Nutrition. They are trained extensively through the Wellory Nutrition Training program, which includes behavioral psychology, science-backed nutrition and motivational interviewing.
  • Beyond their nutrition degrees, all Wellorists go through an extensive hiring and on-boarding process, including training and internal certification programs.
  • Wellory is right for you if you’re looking to build a healthier relationship with food.
  • Wellory may not be the right solution for you if any of the following is true:

    • You are under 18 years old or are under the care of a legal guardian
    • You do not have a smartphone (iPhone or Android)
    • You are in urgent need of medical support
    • You are not ready to prioritize your health or do not want to focus on what you’re eating
  • If you have been diagnosed with an eating disorder such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervose or binge-eating disorder, please consult with your doctor if Wellory may be right for you.
  • To get started on Wellory, download the app on Google Play or the App Store. Create a new account using your email and follow the prompts to match with a Wellorist. Once you’ve matched to your Wellorist, you’ll be able to purchase a subscription and begin your program.

Wellory offers 3 subscription options. Pricing below does not include sales tax.

  • Monthly subscription: $49.99 per month
  • 3-Month subscription: $129.99, billed every 3 months
  • 6-Month subscription: $209.99, billed every 6 months
  • One 30-minute Get To Know You call with your Wellorist
  • Daily photo food tracking
  • A personal nutrition plan, created meal by meal
  • Once-daily message-based coaching check-in (6 days/week)
  • 1-on-1 feedback and support on your plan
  • Unlimited Q&A
  • Yes, you can message your Wellorist at any time of day or night. They will always get back to you during their next check-in time.
  • You can think of check-ins a bit like email. You’ll receive a check-in from your coach around the same time each day, 6 days per week.
  • Each day your coach will message you in the chat space and/or leave photo comments on your meals shared.
  • Daily check-ins will answer your questions, provide feedback, and offer nutrition support to help you on your plan.
  • All Wellorists have off on U.S. bank holidays. You will not hear from your Wellorist on U.S. bank holidays. Instead, coaching will resume the following day.
  • Sharing photos of your meals to the app helps your Wellorist understand how you’re eating day to day. This allows your Wellorist to make highly personalized recommendations on your nutrition plan, and help you stay accountable to the healthy habits you build together.
  • If for any reason you do not wish to share photos with your Wellorist, you can certainly choose not to! Just let your Wellorist know if you’d like to work together without photo sharing so that they can help you get the most out of Wellory.
  • Your Wellorist will help you build healthy habits, meal by meal. All habits are tracked in your in-app plan. Here, you can understand how many new habits you’ve built across different meals to assess progress.
  • Your coach will oftentimes ask you for feedback on the habits you’re building to ensure their recommendations are working for you. Together, you’ll discuss and assess progress and challenges over time.

If at any time you are not satisfied with your Wellorist, you may request to work with someone new through your app Settings. Just head to your Profile and click on the Subscription option. Alternatively, you can email hello@wellory.com to request a change.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can cancel at any time through your app Settings.

  • Tap the “Profile” option in your app
  • Tap on “Subscription” on your Settings screen
  • Tap “Cancel Subscription”
  • Share your cancelation reason
  • Submit your feedback and follow the instructions to confirm your cancellation on the App Store, Google Play, or within the app if you used a credit card or Apple Pay

If you cancel before your next subscription renewal date, you will retain the remaining time and can access your Wellorist until your subscription expiration date.

  • Tap the “Profile” option in your app
  • Tap on “Subscription” on your Settings screen
  • Tap on “Payment method”
  • Update your payment information to be used in your next billing cycle

You may upgrade your subscription to a 3-month or 6-month option at any time to enjoy a discounted monthly rate.

  • Tap the “Profile” option in your app
  • Tap on “Subscription” on your Settings screen
  • Tap on the subscription bundle option you’d wish to upgrade to
  • Confirm your upgrade

You will be charged for the upgraded subscription immediately, minus any remaining credits leftover from your previous subscription period. This ensures you begin saving on the discounted rate immediately, without losing any credit retained.

  • Refunds for unused time are generally not issued, as your Wellorist has already allocated time to support you for the full subscription period. If you have any questions, we encourage you to get in touch at hello@wellory.com.

You may downgrade your subscription to a 3-month or Monthly option at any time if you do not wish to continue with your current subscription option after it expires.

  • Tap the “Profile” option in your app
  • Tap on “Subscription” on your Settings screen
  • Tap on the subscription bundle option you’d wish to downgrade to
  • Confirm your downgrade

Downgrading your subscription does not result in a refund for your previously purchased subscription option. Instead, you will be charged for the new subscription immediately, using any remaining credits leftover from your previous subscription period.

We will continue using any credit retained to pay your downgraded subscription until all retained credits have been used. Once you no longer have retained credit, we will begin charging your default payment method for the downgraded subscription. This ensures you are transferred to the new subscription immediately, without losing any credit retained from your previous subscription purchased.
