#1 Piece of Advice
I call it my "Everything but the Kitchen Sink" Salad! Greens mixed with various crunchy veggies, sliced apple, and a plant protein like beans or tempeh. Then I "dress" it with sauerkraut, tahini, lemon juice, and herbs. Most importantly, I use a BIG bowl!
