Make your plate colorful! Colorful whole-food dishes are loaded with wonderful vitamins and minerals. Rule of thumb: have 3 different colors on your plate!

#1 Piece of Advice

Sweet potato hash prepared on a sheet pan in the oven! Just dice up a sweet potato along with red, yellow, and orange bell peppers. Toss with some olive oil and sea salt for a delicious and easy dish!
