So, we get it, eating healthy is hard and can be annoying! It’s against our every day at times, especially where there’s pizza shops on every corner. So forget the keto diet for a minute, vegan plans, or 30 days sans carb. Instead, here’s 3 simple steps to follow to help you lose weight - YES LOSE WEIGHT - and jumpstart a healthier lifestyle.


KNOW YOUR BCDs!


1. NO BREAD



I know, I know. This is hard… but as soon as you forget the bread products, I guarantee you’ll start to see results.


2. NO CONDIMENTS



Skip the ketchup, mustard, or extra heavy salad dressing. Keep it simple and enjoy olive oil and lemon juice. And when you’re in the mood for something spicy, try Frank’s Red Hot (less sugar than Sriracha!).


3. NO DAIRY



Lucky for us, it’s 2019 and there’s a solution for EVERYTHING. If you’re a lover of cheese, ice cream or, like me, need a latte every morning - no problem. We’re not saying to not enjoy these things, we’re suggesting you just enjoy them in a different way!


YES TO SHEEP’S MILK: Forget the heavy, creamy cheeses, opt for Sheep’s Milk or Nut cheese (yes, almond cheese! it’s delicious).


YES TO NUT MILK: You guessed it! Instead of whole milk or even 2%, opt for Coconut Milk (my personal favorite!), Soy, Almond, Hemp, or Macadamia milk.


Easy, peasy - These three simple steps are guaranteed to make you FEEL great too and help you take some big steps towards losing weight.
