5-Ingredient Cashew Cream

  • 1 Cup Raw cashews
  • 2 1/2 Cups water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Soak cashews in 1 cups water overnight or during day at leats 3-4 hours
  2. Strain cashews, and add to high powered blender, with the lemon juice, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper. Add about 1/4 cup water as well.
  3. Blend until smooth! Add bits of adidtional water as need (IF needed), and be patient as this may take a few minutes to reach a smooth consistency.


Use your cashew cream on chili, toast, or any other dish you wish to add a healthy creamy spread to!
