5-minute Guacamole Snack

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 avocado

  • Ground cumin

  • Garlic powder

  • Onion powder

  • Sea salt

  • Black pepper

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes


Steps:

  1. Scoop 1/2 avocado into small bowl and mash with fork

  2. Add cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and lime juice to taste

  3. Mix in halved cherry tomatoes

  4. Enjoy with sliced veggies, like carrots, cucumber, celery, bell peppers and jicama
