5-Minute Tzatziki Dip

Ingredients:
- 2 cups 2% greek yogurt
- 1 large cucumber, finely chopped or grated
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp chopped dill weed
Steps:
- Place grated/chopped cucumber onto a towel and squeeze out excess moisture
- Mix yogurt, cucumber, minced garlic clove and dill weed in a medium bowl
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste
- Cover bowl and place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
- Enjoy with veggie sticks! (Carrots, cucumber, celery, bell peppers, jicama)
Tips:
- Store for up to 5 days in air-tight container
- Add jalapeno for heat!
