Almond butter & Banana Toast

  • 2 slices sprouted grain bread (like Ezekiel)
  • 2 tbsp natural (no sugar or oil added) almond butter
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • Optional: 1 tsp honey


This recipe is as easy as it gets! First, toast your bread desired amount in toaster. Then, spread your peanut butter evenly across both slices, and top with your sliced banana! If desired, drizzle with a bit of local honey. Enjoy!
