Apple Nachos

  • 1 large apple, sliced
  • 1/2 cup organic Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 2-3 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp granola
  • 1/8 tsp cinnammon


  1. Slice Apple into thin slices and spread out on a large plate (like nachos!)
  2. In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey, water, almond butter. Add water gradualy until mixture is the perfect consistency.
  3. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over top, and enjoy!


  • Switch up the toppings however you'd like. For example, make it a fun dessert with melted dark chocolate and peanut butter!
