Banana "Nice Cream" (4 ways!)

Ingredients:
Chocolate
- 1 large banana (peeled, sliced, and frozen)
- 1/4-1/3 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp (more to taste) coco powder
- pinch of sea salt
Vanilla
- 1 large banana (peeled, sliced, and frozen)
- 1/4-1/3 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Mint
- 1 large banana (peeled, sliced, and frozen)
- 1/4-1/3 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/2 tsp mint extract
- 1 small handful fresh spinach
- pinch of sea salt
Strawberry
- 1 large banana (peeled, sliced, and frozen)
- 1/4-1/3 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (more chopped for topping)
Optional Toppings:
- Dark chocolate chips
- Chopped dates
- Fresh berries
- Crushed Nuts
- Shredded coconut
- Natural peanut or almond butter
Steps:
Add your base ingredients to a food processor or high powered blender. Start with 1/4 cup of milk, and add additional splashes if/when needed. Blend slowly until bananas become smooth. This may take a few minutes, and require you to pause and stir a few times. Once smooth, transfer to a bowl, and top with toppings of choice!
Tips:
- You can make this in bulk and freeze for up to a week! Scoop and serve when ready.
- Get creative with the falvors! Use the banana and milk as a base, and build the flavors from there!
