Banana Oat Cookies
Ditch the packaged, store-bought cookies and make your own with this easy Wellory-approved recipe. These cookies are made with whole, unprocessed ingredients, contain no added sugar, and can be customized to your taste!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- ¼ cup oat or almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper
- Mash bananas in a bowl with a fork or potato masher
- Mix in milk, eggs and vanilla extract
- With a spoon, stir in oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt
- Spoon cookie batter onto baking sheet 2-3 inches apart
- (1 cookie = 1 heaping tablespoon of batter)
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until cookie edges are golden brown
Tips:
- Stir dark chocolate chunks, raisins, dried cherries, cranberries, coconut flakes or pumpkin seeds into your batter before baking
- Store in fridge for up to 1 week
