Ingredients:
- 1 15oz can black beans, drained & rinsed
- 1/3 cup oat flower
- 1/4 cup coco powder
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F. 2.Combine all ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, in a food processor until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips and spread into an 8x8 baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting.
