Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 15oz can black beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1/3 cup oat flower
  • 1/4 cup coco powder
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2.Combine all ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips and spread into an 8x8 baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting.
