Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bar

Ingredients:

Chocolate layer

  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Peanut butter layer

  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Steps:

  1. Mix the peanut butter lay ingredients in a bowl and press into a dish or cup.
  2. Using a microwave, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  3. Pour on top of the peanut butter layer and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
