Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bar

Ingredients:
Chocolate layer
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Peanut butter layer
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch sea salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Steps:
- Mix the peanut butter lay ingredients in a bowl and press into a dish or cup.
- Using a microwave, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
- Pour on top of the peanut butter layer and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
