  • 1 frozen bananas
  • ⅓ cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoons cacao powder

Toppings (optional):

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs


  1. Combine banana, almond milk, peanut butter, and cacao powder in a blender.
  2. Puree until completely smooth (it should be thick). Add more liquid if necessary.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and add toppings as desired.
