Cinnamon Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients:
- 1-2 large sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- Course sea salt
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Slice sweet potatoes as thin as possible and lay flat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Gently spray with cooking spray or drizzle avocado oil.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over sweet potatoes. Top with coarse sea salt.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. Flip over with a spatula halfway through.
- Chips should be slightly crispy. Serve warm.
