Cinnamon Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • Course sea salt

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Slice sweet potatoes as thin as possible and lay flat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Gently spray with cooking spray or drizzle avocado oil.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon over sweet potatoes. Top with coarse sea salt.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Flip over with a spatula halfway through.
  5. Chips should be slightly crispy. Serve warm.
