- 1 big handful baby spinach
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tablespoon hemp or chia seeds
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
