Crispy Chickpea Snack

Ingredients:
- 1 15oz can chickpeas
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili or curry powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Rinse and drain chickpeas, then dry in a towel
- Add chickpeas to bowl and toss in oil and salt
- Place chickpeas on baking pan and cook for 45-50 minutes, until crispy
- Mix seasoning in small bowl and sprinkle onto chickpeas
- Let cool for 5 minutes
- Enjoy and store leftovers for up to 5 days
Tips:
- Peel off chickpea skins before baking for maximum crisp!
- Shake chickpeas 20 minutes into bake time for even cooking
