Easy Baked French Fries

Ingredients:

  • 2 Medium Russet Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 425F and prepare a non-stick baking sheet.
  2. Rinse and cut potatoes into about 4 inch long fries.
  3. In a large bowl, wisk together olive oil and spices.
  4. Add potato fries to bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Space out potatoes evenly on baking sheet so that no 2 fries are touching.
  6. Cook for 20-30 minutes, or until fries become golden brown
