- 8 apples, sliced thick (we reccomend gala, fuji, or granny smith)
- 4 sticks cinnamon
- 1/4 tablespoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon cloves
- 10 cups water
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1 orange, sliced
- Place all ingredients into your crockpot, mix, and cook on high for 5 hours
- Let cool before straining with a fine mesh strainer.
- Enjoy warm or cool! Store your cider for up to a week in the fridge.
