Create Your Meal

Step 1: Place 1 serving of Greek yogurt in a bowl (or plant-based yogurt for vegan option)

Step 2: Add 1-2 tbsp nuts, seeds, or nut butter

  • Slivered almonds
  • Chia seeds
  • Flax seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Almond butter
  • Peanut butter
  • Cashew butter

Step 3: Add 1 cup of fruit of your choice

  • Bananas
  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Blackberries
  • Pineapple

Step 4 (optional): Top with something sweet!

  • Cinnamon
  • Cacao nibs
  • Agave or honey
  • Shredded coconut
