  • ½ cup hot water
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1-2 tsp matcha tea powder
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut butter
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • 1 tbsp honey, maple syrup or stevia
  • Optional: 1 scoop protein powder
