Ingredients:
- ½ cup hot water
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
- 1-2 tsp matcha tea powder
- 1-2 tbsp coconut butter
- 1 tbsp MCT oil
- 1 tbsp honey, maple syrup or stevia
- Optional: 1 scoop protein powder
Steps:
Combine all ingredients in a blender for ~1 minute or until frothy and enjoy!
