Frozen Yogurt Covered Blueberries

Prep time: 15 minutes Cool time: 1+ hour Servings: 5

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • A few toothpicks

Steps:

  1. Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment or wax paper.
  2. Mix honey and yogurt
  3. Place a berry on a toothpick and dip in the yogurt. Set on the parchment paper in a single layer, and repeat until all the berries are dipped. Freeze until solid, about 1 hour.

*Eat immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
