Healthy Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon chili or cayenne pepper
Steps:
- Place eggs in large pot of water and bring to boil
- Reduce to light simmer, cover, and cook for 10 minutes
- Let eggs cool
- Cut hard-boiled eggs in half, lengthwise, and remove yolks
- Add yolks to small bowl and mash with fork
- Add greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika and chili/cayenne pepper and mix until smooth
- Scoop mixture back into egg whites
- Top with sprinkle of smoked paprika & serve!
Tips:
- Add more Greek yogurt to mixture as needed
- Mix into salad for a tasty protein addition
