Honey Cranberry Salsa

Prep time: 5 minutes Servings: 5-10

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 green onions

Steps:

Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until fine chopped or desired consistency. It's as easy as that!

How to enjoy:

  • With fiber crackers
  • As a side dish on your dinner plate
