  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • ¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • ¼ ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • Optional: vegan protein powder


  1. Place oats in a blender and blend until ground.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and roll into balls.
  3. Let sit in fridge for 10 minutes and enjoy!
