- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
- ¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- ¼ ground flaxseed
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup honey
- Optional: vegan protein powder
- Place oats in a blender and blend until ground.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and roll into balls.
- Let sit in fridge for 10 minutes and enjoy!
