  • 1 can albacore tuna
  • 1 tbsp vegan mayo, olive oil-based mayo, or plain greek yogurt
  • ½ avocado
  • Salt, pepper, everything bagel seasoning
  • 2 slices Ezekiel or sourdough bread (or GF substitute)


  1. Toast slices of bread until golden brown and spread with vegan mayo.
  2. Add tuna, sliced avocado and seasonings.
