Open-Faced Tuna Avo Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 1 can albacore tuna
- 1 tbsp vegan mayo, olive oil-based mayo, or plain greek yogurt
- ½ avocado
- Salt, pepper, everything bagel seasoning
- 2 slices Ezekiel or sourdough bread (or GF substitute)
Steps:
- Toast slices of bread until golden brown and spread with vegan mayo.
- Add tuna, sliced avocado and seasonings.
