Ingredients:
- 2 Ripe Avocados
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup diced yellow onion
- 1/2 tsp lime or lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
Steps:
Add peeled avocados to a medium bowl, and smash until only small chunks remain. Add remaining ingredients, and stir to combine. That's it! Dip crunchy veggies, or spread onto your favorite whole-grain crackers!
