Protein-Packed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1-2 handfuls fresh spinach
  • 1/2 - 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (almond, oat, coconut)
  • 2 tbsp nuts or seeds

Steps:

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix in blender until smooth!

Tips:

  • Optional ingredients: cinnamon, 1/4-1/2 avocado, unsweetened cacao powder
  • Make it a smoothie bowl & add toppings!
