Protein-Packed Berry Smoothie

- 1/2 banana
- 1-2 handfuls fresh spinach
- 1/2 - 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (almond, oat, coconut)
- 2 tbsp nuts or seeds
- Combine all ingredients and mix in blender until smooth!
- Optional ingredients: cinnamon, 1/4-1/2 avocado, unsweetened cacao powder
- Make it a smoothie bowl & add toppings!
