Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup oat or almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 sliced banana
- Blackberries (the more the merrier!)
- 1 tsp of almond or peanut butter
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 tbsp of flaxseeds
- Cinnamon
Steps:
- Add milk and water to small pot and bring to light boil
- Add oatmeal and reduce flame to a simmer, stirring
- Cook 3-5 minutes, then add cinnamon, seeds and almond butter
- Once oatmeal thickens, pour into bowl and topped with berries and banana
- Enjoy!
Tips:
- Add or substitute any fruit you'd like!
