Spicy Smoked Pecans

  • 2 cups pecans
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 1/4 tbsp sriracha
  • 1/2 tsp liquid smoke


  1. Preheat oven to 325F and prepare large baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together liquid ingredients
  3. Add pecans to bowl and stir until all are evenly coated
  4. Spread out pecans evenly on sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping half way through. Pecans should have a sticky coating.
  5. Let cool and store for up to 1-2 weeks
