Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 clove garlic
- ¼ cup tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ tsp cumin
- 1 lemon
- Salt & pepper
Steps:
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Enjoy with sliced vegetables.
