Cook Time: 10 minutes Serves: 3
- 3 1/2 tbsp (58g) fresh popcorn kernels
- 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Preheat a large pot with a lid and coconut oil, over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the popcorn kernels, and keep covered. Gently shake pot every few seconds. When kernels begin popping, reduce heat to low-medium.
- Continue to gently shake until popping slows. Remove from heat, and when popping has ended, add to large bowl with salt and enjoy!
