Stovetop Popcorn

Cook Time: 10 minutes Serves: 3

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 tbsp (58g) fresh popcorn kernels
  • 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Steps:

  1. Preheat a large pot with a lid and coconut oil, over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add the popcorn kernels, and keep covered. Gently shake pot every few seconds. When kernels begin popping, reduce heat to low-medium.
  3. Continue to gently shake until popping slows. Remove from heat, and when popping has ended, add to large bowl with salt and enjoy!
