  • Ground turkey
  • Marinara sauce
  • Brown rice
  • Romaine cups/boats


  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and marinara sauce, cook for 7-10 minutes or until tender.
  2. Cook rice according to package directions
  3. Place rice in lettuce wraps and top with ground turkey
