- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Dark chocolate chips
- Cashew or other nut/seed butter
- Optional: berries
- Blend all pancake ingredients in a blender until smooth
- Add a scoop of pancake batter on a lightly oiled fry pan and move the pan to evenly coat. Flip and repeat with the remaining batter.
- Melt chocolate and drizzle on top with nut butter and bananas!
- Serve with berries
