  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maple syrup


  • Dark chocolate chips
  • Cashew or other nut/seed butter
  • Bananas
  • Optional: berries


  1. Blend all pancake ingredients in a blender until smooth
  2. Add a scoop of pancake batter on a lightly oiled fry pan and move the pan to evenly coat. Flip and repeat with the remaining batter.
  3. Melt chocolate and drizzle on top with nut butter and bananas!
  4. Serve with berries
