  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 cups organic Greek yogurt
  • small paper cups (about 3 oz size) and popsicle sticks (12 of each)


  1. In a bowl, genty mash berries, then stir in honey.
  2. Add yogurt, and lightly swirl together until just barely combined.
  3. Fill cups until full - be careful to evenly distriibute berries between cups
  4. Add a popsicle stick in each, and freeze!
